BGMI was banned last year on 28 July 2022 for playing with security. After that, the BGMI app was removed from Apple's App Store and Google Play Store. Before the ban, the number of BGMI game users in the country crossed 100 million within 1 year. BGMI was launched in India in 2021 after the PUBG ban in September 2020. Today after 10 months of ban, BGMI is now available on the Google Play Store.

Temporary ban lifted

A three-month ban on the BGMI game has been temporarily lifted by the government, according to reports in the media. In these three months, government officials will analyze and monitor BGMI operations.

If this game violates any country rules during this time, it can be banned again. On the other hand, if it passes the monitoring phase without any problem, the ban can be removed permanently.
