How to Use Google Drive apps
< Create files :
- On your computer, go to drive.google.com.
- On the left, click New.
- Choose an app.
- After you save your file, you can find it in "My Drive."
< Open files :
On your computer, go to drive.google.com.
- Right-click on a file.
- Move your cursor over "Open with."
- Select an app.
- You can make an app the default for opening certain types of files.
On your computer, go to drive.google.com.
- Click Settings Settings and then Settings.
- Click Manage apps.
- Find the app you want to use.
- Next to the app, to the left of "Use by default," check the box.
< Save Files :
Your Google Drive app files are automatically saved after you:
- Edit a file.
- Choose "Export to Google Drive."
- Choose "Save a copy."
- Choose "Send to Drive."
