Redmi Note 5 Pro New Update Fixes Major Camera Bug


Xiaomi has started rolling out a new MIUI 10 update for the Redmi Note 5 Pro smartphones. The new update brings some bug fixes along with several other improvements. The update also brings a fix for the camera app of the device.

The latest update will fix the accidental camera burst issue along with the issues in file explorer of the device. If you haven’t received the notification for the software update then you can manually check for the update by heading to Settings -> Software Update.

It’s been some time since Xiaomi rolled out the latest MIUI 10 to Redmi Note 5 Pro, although it is still awaiting Android 9 Pie.

Redmi Note 5 Pro smartphone was launched in February 2018. The phone comes with a 5.99-inch touchscreen display and 4000 mAh non removable battery. Redmi Note 5 Pro price in India starts from INR 13439 (USD $192).

The Redmi Note 5 Pro is powered by 1.8 GHz octa-core processor and it comes with 4 GB of RAM. The phone packs 64 GB of internal storage that can be expanded up to 128 GB via a microSD card. As far as the cameras are concerned, the Redmi Note 5 Pro packs a 12-megapixel (f/2.2, 1.25-micron) primary camera and a 5-megapixel (f/2.0, 1.12-micron) secondary camera on the rear and a 20-megapixel front shooter for selfies.
