South Korean tech company Samsung has launched its most powerful smartphone series, the Galaxy S23, in India. This includes the Galaxy S23, Galaxy S23 Plus, and Galaxy S23 Ultra. All three smartphones can be purchased from the company's website starting February 17. However, their pre-booking has started.

The Qualcomm Second Generation Snapdragon 8 processor has been given to all three smartphones of the series launched at the Samsung Galaxy Unpacked 2023 event. The company has specially optimised this processor for the Galaxy S23 series. The Galaxy S23 Ultra has a 200-megapixel camera with support for optical zoom.

Specifications of the Samsung Galaxy S23

• A 6.1-inch Dynamic Amoled 2X display is available. The refresh rate is 120 Hz. HDR10+ is also supported. There is protection from Gorilla Glass Victus 2 on the display.
• The smartphone runs on Android 13 and One UI 5.1.
• There is a three-camera setup on the rear panel of the phone, in which the primary lens is 50 MP and the second lens is a 10-megapixel telephoto lens. The aperture is f/2.4. The third lens is 12 MP with a 3x optical zoom.
• The phone has a 12-megapixel camera at the front for selfies and video calls.
• The Galaxy S23 houses a 3900 mAh battery, which supports both wireless and wired charging.

• The Plus in this smartphone has a large 6.6-inch Dynamic Amoled 2X display. The refresh rate is 120 Hz. HDR10+ is also supported.

• This phone includes Galaxy S23-like features and hardware-software support.
• The camera setup is also similar to the Samsung Galaxy S23.
• The Samsung Galaxy S23 Plus has a 4700 mAh battery that supports 25W wired charging.
• Wireless charging is also supported on this phone.

• The Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra has a 6.8-inch Dynamic Amoled 2X display, which comes with a 120 Hz refresh rate.
• There is a peak brightness of 1750 nits with the display. HDR10+ has a touch sampling rate of 240 Hz.
• Protection from Gorilla Glass Victus 2 is given.
• The phone runs One UI 5.1, which is based on Android 13.Qualcomm's Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 custom processor is supported.
• For memory, there is support for up to 12 GB of RAM and up to 1 TB of storage.
