Disney Plus Gears Up: A Look at Upcoming MCU Series
Entertainment: Disney Plus is bringing a fresh wave of MCU shows to supercharge your subscription. Here's a glimpse of what awaits:
Ghost Rider - Buckle up for a fiery adventure as Marvel breathes life into the Ghost Rider mythos. No details yet on which version of the Rider we'll see roar onto our screens, but with Marvel's creative team at the helm, it's bound to be a thrilling ride.
We have 10 upcoming Marvel Studios phase six projects that we are going to be talking about and breaking down in this video. Marvel Studios really hasn't revealed much about phase 6, yet only a few projects, but we know of a lot that are going to be coming.
Spider-Man
That, hopefully, they will officially announce at San Diego Comic-Con in just two months now so mark your calendars, the biggest event of the year for us marvel fans is coming july 25th through the 28th, where marvel studios will take the stage at hall h and hopefully, officially reveal everything that we're about to talk about today and give us the timeline in which all of these are going to take place so 10 projects to go over, let's get started the first one is spider-man 4.
Now we know about this one, so I'm not going to really talk about it that much, but for those who are not aware, yes, this movie is officially confirmed. It is coming in phase 6 and Tom Holland is returning.
In fact, he was just spotted with Tom Rothman of Sony in London, which means they're probably about to begin filming this movie very soon, but typically it's not announced in phase 6 or whatever phase it is slated for because it is also part of Sony. So you probably won't see this there. So just a heads up, but of course it is coming to the MCU in phase 6.
Excalibur - This rumored series would bring the legendary British team of mutants to the MCU. With the multiverse a growing theme, the chance to see Captain Britain, Meggan, Psylocke, and Kitty Pryde come to life on Disney Plus is exciting.
Captain America - Steve Rogers may have passed the shield, but the Captain America legacy continues. Rumored series focuses on Captain America traveling through time to return the Infinity Stones. However, To think Chris Evans would come back as Cap for a DISNEY PLUS SERIES is bonkers. There’s a 0% chance he comes back for anything less than a huge movie.
Disney Plus Gears Up: A Look at Upcoming MCU Series
I think the Captain America series is going to be animated. There's no way they're making a live-action Captain America project with Chris Evans returning. Doing Excalibur before the X-Men is insane lmao, highly doubt it'll have Nightcrawler, Kitty Pryde and Rachel Summers in there so what's the point?
Would Ghost Riser be a series or a special presentation? I feel like a solo Ghost Rider sequel would be too dark the MCU. Like punisher which is why they pushed him into Born Again.
X-men 97 recently took first place with a 99%, so if you haven't watched that yet be sure to watch it. It's amazing, but since fans and critics loved it so much I would be shocked if Miss Marvel didn't get a season 2. So while it's definitely not confirmed yet, I would kind of expect that, and last but not least, which was recently announced.
In the 'Vision' series, Paul Bethany returns to play Vision. I'm really glad because I really want to know what happened to him after Wanda, Vision.
If Jeremy Renner is feeling strong enough, maybe he could talk to Marvel about putting him in the post-credit scene of the Thunderbolts. If that happens, maybe it could set up this synopsis for the potential second season of Hawkeye.
Final Thoughts:
I must say, we need the "Daughters of The Dragon" Disney+ series with Jessica Henwick and Simone Missick + Alice Eve and Jessica Stroup all returning. That'll rake in the big bucks.
I'm sure a lot of people do as well. So, as you can see, we have a lot of projects that Marvel Studios is seemingly going to cram into phase six. So we're really looking forward to San Diego Comicon, where they reveal the entirety of phase 6 and the schedule and the official projects that we are going to get.
So let us know which ones you are most excited about in the comments down below and which one do you really really want to see- please don't forget to like the video and subscribe, so you can stay up to date on the MCU.
