News: New York City becomes first major U.S. city to issue temporary cap on Uber, Lyft and other ride-share drivers. It won’t approve any new licenses for 1 year. It also approved setting a minimum wage for drivers. More than 100,000 workers and their families will see an immediate benefit from this legislation.
