LG is gearing up to launch its upcoming flagship smartphone the LG G8 ThinQ soon. But before the official launch lot of rumors and speculation has already started surfacing on the web, about the design and specification of the phone. Now a new report has surfaced on the web that the company is planning to adopt the notch on its upcoming device.

Features of LG G8 ThinQ smartphone

Camera and Connectivity :

The camera aspect is a key feature of the device, it comes with a 16MP + 20MP dual primary camera accompanied with dual-color LED flash and phase detection autofocus. The quality of images captured is reflected with a resolution of 4,616 x 3,464 pixels. For the selfie freaks, it has a 16MP front camera which brings forth some excellent selfies.

As far as the connectivity is concerned. It includes some standard connectivity options like - Wi-Fi 802.11 a/ac/b/g/n/n 5GHz, Bluetooth v5.0, GPS, NFC and mobile hotspot.

Storage and Configuration :

The storage front of the device is equipped with an internal storage capacity of 64GB which in itself is pretty strong storage capacity. But it has a something more for the users, as it includes an option of expanding the memory up to 2TB.

When it comes to the performance, it is backed by a 2.8GHz octa-core. Kryo 385 processor seated upon a powerful Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 chipset. The packs in a 6GB RAM which handles multitasking with utmost ease. For handling the graphical requirement, it is equipped with an Adreno 630 graphics processor.

Display and Battery :

The LG G8 ThinkQ flaunts a 6.3-inch FHD + IPS LCD display with a screen resolution of 1.440 x 3,120 pixels. The combination of FHD display and the pixel density of 545 PPI makes the display aspect of the device quite strong. It is also provided with a Corning Gorilla Glass screen protection which protects the device from minor scratch and knocks.

The battery facet of the device is equipped with a 3,300 mAh Li-ion battery, which is aided with the facility of quick charging, which in a way compensates for the average battery backup.
