Oppo A1k with 4000 mAh battery launched in India
Oppo A1k was made official last week in Russia. The phone with Helio P22 chipset was launched for the equivalent of $150, but now it arrives in India with a lower price tag. The smartphone will be available via offline stores across the country.
The A1k offers some basic specs like an 8 MP f/2.2 main shooter and 5 MP front-facing camera. The screen is 6.1” LCD with HD+ resolution and tall 19.5:9 ratio with a waterdrop notch on top. There is only one memory option - 2 GB RAM and 32 GB storage. There is no fingerprint scanner, but at least the phone comes with ColorOS 6.0 that has Face Unlock.
The phone brings a 4,000 mAh battery and Oppo sells it with “2x Fast Charge” without clarifying any actual specs of the fast charging capabilities. It has a dual SIM slot and there is room for the microSD card as well in its dedicated slot. The offline price for the phone is INR8,490, which is less than $125/€110.
